About Dragan
With 25 years of experience in the legal field, including time as a former barrister, Dragan Gasic specialises in complex commercial disputes, including shareholder and partnership disputes, director duties, and personal and corporate insolvency. His broad expertise covers a range of sectors, such as joint ventures, franchising, commercial leases, commissions of inquiry, corporate crime, employment law, defamation, copyright, and mortgage enforcement.
In his time as a barrister, Dragan has appeared as counsel in a broad range of civil matters across various jurisdictions, including the Federal Court, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of NSW, the District Court of NSW, amongst others.
Throughout his distinguished career, Dragan has held various roles, including senior legal roles at multiple international law firms such as Norton Rose Fulbright (Sydney) and Al Tamimi (Dubai). Further, he was the Principal Litigator at Australian Business Lawyers, Founder & CEO of JudgeIt, a litigation support portal as well as Head of Litigation for New South Lawyers.
Dragan is actively involved in the legal profession, having been a member of the Australian Corporate Lawyers’ Association and an associate member of the Governance Institute of Australia. He currently holds an Unrestricted & Corporate Practising Certificate from the Law Society of NSW.
